This class will help you feel more supple, mobile and flexible. In 45 minutes you will heat the body with somatic movement designed to complement your gym workouts. We will then move through the muscles working on flexibility and bringing your nervous system into balance. Enable your body to feel more energised and capable, limit the post workout 'ache' and reset your nervous system to help support your immune system not to mention your hormones.
